We know you will absolutely fall in love with your VSSL product! If for some reason, you aren’t happy with your purchase, we would love a chance to make it right. We would ask that you contact our customer service team using any of the methods below:

Still not happy? Let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We will refund the price you paid and take care of the shipping cost. 

 

In order to process a return, we will need you to check a few things first.

 

  1. Check that you still have your proof of purchase, generally a receipt, that shows you are still less than 30 days from your original purchase.
  2. Make sure you have the original packaging material, all the contents that came in the box, and that you have the ability to pack it all back up in a secure manner. We will need to receive the return in new or like-new condition. If the product is received in any other condition, we reserve the right to reduce the value of the return amount.
  3. Verify that you purchased the product from the vssl.com website, or by contacting VSSL directly via phone. If you did not purchase the product directly from us, you will need to contact the authorized reseller you purchased your product from and follow their return policy guidelines.

  2. Follow the instructions provided to you by our team. Be sure to package the product in a manner so that there is no chance of damage in return shipping. Be sure to attach the shipping label to the outside of the box you are using to return the product.
  3. Get the package on its way back to us no later than 14 days from the receipt of the return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.
  4. Wait to receive an email from us confirming the receipt of your return along with confirmation of the refund that will be applied to your original purchase payment method.
